We require a well-qualified Teacher of RS who has a passion for teaching Religious Studies and enabling the progression of our students. We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers, and as your professional development is important to us, there are highly supportive induction programmes and CPD opportunities available to you, at our school. A TLR allowance for the subject leadership of RS is available for a suitably qualified candidate.
RE (Ethics and Philosophy) at Budmouth is an established subject that delivers both GCSE Option courses and A Level, as well as a KS3 programme. The department is well-resourced and friendly. The successful candidate will benefit from their own classroom. The team is part of a wider, supportive Humanities faculty.
Budmouth Academy has a highly successful 6th form and you may have the opportunity to teach post 16 at A Level in Design and Technology.
