From managing a restaurant or hotel to organising events and catering, there are a range of hospitality careers on offer if you have the right skills and qualifications. Tourism and the attached hospitality and catering trade has started to rebuild itself after Covid, but has problems with image and recruitment and this has a knock on effect on the customer experience. In this project, designed with HIT Training, you will look at how the sector can renew itself with new and different customer friendly experiences and how this can be supported through recruitment, training and development of staff.
